The Gift of People
Yes, you read that correctly - the gift of people. And whether that interaction with somebody is positive or negative, it's a gift. Each person we encounter brings about something different, something unique -even those who try to conform and blend into the crowd still cannot hide some characteristic that sets them apart. And others stand out its hard not to notice something shining about him or her. So, yes, the gift of people. For some its finding the people that bring about a feeling or emotion that makes you feel good. Those feelings usually trigger something inside of us to seek out more of those good vibe people. And for some its finding the people that make us feel "ick" inside - and I would not say "ick" is a medical term but the feeling which can be translated a few ways that say that is not the type of person I want to be around and bringing about an awareness. For some its observing people from far away whether people watching for entertainment or a sociology lesson, seeing an interaction from afar that resonates with you or just being in awe at the different types of people the world has in it. The gift of people. Finding the gift in people with a good vibe if often something we can relate to is somewhat easy when you are in a similar place. Of course positive and good outcomes it's easy to find the gift in it. And to find that gift even in the people that give the "ick" is more of a lesson on what to not attract and learn when to see it coming your way. The gift here is awareness. And for everyone else, it's a matter of choosing to find the gift. If you believe a gift exists there, then you will see it. And if you don't, you won't. Either way is okay and should fit what you need. But in the end, people can provide gifts in many forms and it's really up to each of us to find it. The gift of people.
